Newport maker Lorillard is hoping to head off a possible FDA menthol cigarette ban by launching an all-out PR crusade, reports the Wall Street Journal.

 

The company has purchased anti-menthol domain names like MentholKillsMinorities.com and MentholAddictsYouth.com to keep them from critics and promote "dispassionate debate."
