The shirt is a reference to the movie "Repo Man"
Otto (emillio estavez) plays an LA punk who becomes a Repo Man. In one scene, he's in a nightclub with two people, and his old punk friends suddenly show up and intimidate his new friends, acting like out-of-control animals.
One punk pulls out a vial of Butyl Nitrate, waves it in front of Otto's face and asks, "Want some 'bute, dude?"
Otto slaps it away and it spills on the table. Another punks (Debbie) immediately dive on the table and put their noses down and start sniffing it up. (that's the picture on the t-shirt).
A couple of my friends and I have watched that movie about a dozen times. (back when movies were on tape). We've memorize chunks of dialogue and use the phrase "Plate o' Shrimp!" when any strange coincidence occurs.
